Helpdesk Operative

Job Description

This construction company is seeking a Helpdesk Operative to join their team in Jersey.  The role will be to mainly work on the Response repair contract which is all the maintenance for properties not including plumbing and electrical.

 

The successful candidate will be:

  • Answering calls on the helpdesk mainly from tenants reporting maintenance issues
  • Dealing with jobs that come in by email too
  • Setting up the jobs on the job system SimPro
  • Scheduling the jobs in to the correct tradesman
  • Manging their jobs from start to finish
  • Dealing with the tenants as well as liaising on site operatives and any sub-contractors
  • Helping in the general day to day running of the office

 

Ideal candidate will be competent with all office applications as well as emailing and have customer service experience.
