A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Helpdesk Operative to join a commercial company, on a permanent basis, to mainly work on the Response Repair contract which is all the maintenance for the properties. Duties will include answering calls on the helpdesk mainly from tenants reporting maintenance issues, monitoring inbox for new job queries, as well as setting those up on system, scheduling them in to the correct tradesman and managing their job from start to finish, as well as dealing with the tenants. You will also assist in the general day to day running of the office, sorting the employee's weekly time sheets from their system onto a spreadsheet.
