• To ensure that care services are consistently provided to a high standard
Ability to show empathy, understanding and experience in relation to the needs of our clients
• Well-developed time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure. Tardiness is not an acceptable characteristic when it comes to the delivery of person-centred care to our clients
• Ability to make balanced, clear and timely decisions
• Completion of all mandatory training modules together with those concerning specialist subjects
• A flexible working approach, allowing the covering of hours as required in emergency situations
