Healthcare Assistant at Kingsley Home Care Services (Jersey) Limited

• To act as an advocate for Client’s to promote their wishes and to maintain their independence and well being
• Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained by supporting Client’s with all personal care activities of daily living as outlined in the care plan
• Assist Clients who have limited mobility, physical or learning difficulties, making the best use of mobility aids personal equipment provided in their own home
• Identify and support appropriately Clients who may be confused or have behaviours that may challenge, reporting as required to the Registered Care Manager and other professionals as necessary.
• Assist in the delivery of care for Clients who are terminally ill or who have a progressive illness
• Assist in social care activities by interacting with Clients and helping them continue hobbies and activities in their own home or out
