Health club and Spa Receptionist at L'Horizon Hotel and Spa

The role of our Health Club and Spa receptionist is to welcome and engage with our members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service through greeting them on arrival, answering phone calls, responding to emails and booking them in for treatments and classes.
Demonstrate knowledge of the hotel, health club and spa and treatments on offer and provide thoughtful recommendations, tailored to each guest to help create magical memories.
You will be responsible for ensuring our Health Club and Spa are clean and maintained to a very high standard creating a magical first impression, playing a key role in creating a home from home experience making sure each area is immaculately presented, setting up refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas and pre-treatment areas, and replenishing fresh towels and toiletries through out the day.
