Health Club and Spa Receptionist at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa

We are currently recruiting for a Health Club and Spa Receptionist at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.
The role of our Health Club and Spa receptionist is to welcome and engage with our members and guests, delivering exceptional customer service through greeting them on arrival, answering phone calls, responding to emails and booking them in for treatments and classes.
You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the hotel, health club and spa and treatments on offer and provide thoughtful recommendations, tailored to each guest to help create magical memories.
Previous health club or spa reception experience is desirable, but not essential, if you have a reception background and with an understanding of a spa environment then you may be considered for the role.
