Health Care Assistants (Nights) - St Joseph's at LV Group

St Joseph's Nursing and Residential Home are looking for Health Care Assistants to join the team on Night shifts, and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- Work as part of a care team, providing high-quality care
- Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users
- Support Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the Care Plan(s)
- Carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy or Service Users
