Health Care Assistants - Les Charrieres at LV Group

Les Charrieres Nursing and Residential Home are looking for Health Care Assistants to join the team and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities;-
- Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users.
- To support Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of Service Users, in-line with Care Plans.
- Reviewing progress of care with Service Users, and reporting any signs of deterioration in physical or mental health appropriately.
- Follow policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of infection prevention and control.
