Job Description
LV Community is looking for enthusiastic, honest and hard working Health Care Assistants to join the team and provide high-quality care to our Service Users. We have Full-Time, Part-Time and Bank positions are available.
Key Responsibilities include;-
- To support our clients and carry out personal care tasks, as specified within the Care Plan(s), in order that the tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of Service Users.
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of our Service Users' disability or personal circumstances.
- Carry out domestic tasks within the Service User's home.
