Health Care Assistant - Lavender Villa at LV Residential Home

Lavender Villa Residential Home are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- To work as part of a team to provide high-quality care
- Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users
- Supporting Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of Service Users, in-line with the Care Plan(s)
- To carry out tasks in a way that demonstrates respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
