Health Care Assistant - Lavender Villa at LV Group

Lavender Villa Residential Home are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- Supporting the Service User, ensuring that personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the individual's Care Plan(s)
- Reviewing progress of care with the Service User, in-line with their Care Plan(s)
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy of Service Users, irrespective of their disability or personal circumstances
