Health Care Assistant - Evenings (Home Care) at LV Home Care

LV Community are looking for Home Care Assistants to join the team for evening shifts, they will be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

We have Full-Time, Part-Time and Zero Hour positions available.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- To support our clients and carry out personal care tasks, as specified within the Care Plan(s), in order that the tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of Service Users
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of our Service Users' disability or personal circumstances
