Health Care Assistant – Community Care
Serene Care Jersey is seeking a compassionate and reliable Health Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care to older adults within the community.
Requirements:
Full driving licence (essential)
Experience in elderly care and dementia care (essential)
RQF Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (essential)
Level 3 Safe Administration of Medication (essential)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, professional and reliable
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
