Health Care Assistant - Community (Zero-Hours) at LV Home Care

LV Community are looking for Health Care Assistants to join the team on a Zero-Hour basis, to be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- To work as part of a care team providing high-quality care.
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances.
- To be aware of any deterioration in physical or mental health, reporting to the Deputy/Registered Manager appropriately.
- To carry out personal care tasks as specified within the Care Plan(s).
