Health Care Assistant - Community at LV Home Care

LV Community are looking for Health Care Assistants to join the team and be responsible for providing high quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- Supporting Service Users, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with the Care Plan(s)
- Carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy of Service Users, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
- To encourage positive social interactions with Service Users
- Ensure completion of relevant paperwork
