Health Care Assistant - Community at LV Home Care

LV Community are looking for Health Care Assistants to join the team and provide high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards. We have Full-Time, Part-Time and Zero Hour positions available.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- To support out clients and carry out personal care tasks, as specified within the Care Plan(s), in order that the tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service Users
- To carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy of Service Users, irrespective of the severity of their disability or personal circumstance
- Carry out domestic tasks within the Service User's home
