Health Care Assistant - Cheval Roc at LV Group

Cheval Roc Nursing and Residential Home are looking for a Health Care Assistant, to join the team and be responsible for providing high-quality care to Service Users, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities include;-
- Work as part of a care team providing high-quality care
- Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users
- Reviewing progress of care with the Service User, and reporting any signs of deterioration in physical and mental health appropriately
- Carry out tasks in a way that will demonstrate respect for dignity and privacy, irrespective of the severity of disability or personal circumstances
