Health Care Assistant at LV Residential Home

La Haule Care Home are looking for Health Care Assistants to join the team, and be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

To work as part of a care team providing high-quality care to Service Users.
Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of Service Users.
To support the Service Users and ensure personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the Service User, in-line with their Care Plan(s).
Reviewing progress of care with the Service User, and reporting any signs of deterioration in physical and mental health appropriately.
Follow policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention and Control.
Measuring effectiveness of Service User's Care Plan(s) with interdisciplinary team; providing care improvement recommendations when required.
