Health Care Assistant at LV Residential Home

Silver Springs Nursing and Residential Home are looking for a Health Care Assistant to join the team, to be responsible for providing high-quality care to residents, in-line with the highest regulatory standards.

To work as a team to provide high-quality care to residents.
Promoting and Safeguarding the welfare of residents.
To support residents, ensuring personal care tasks are carried out to enhance and support the independence of the resident, in-line with the Care Plan(s).
Reviewing progress of care with the residents, and reporting any signs of deterioration in physical or mental health appropriately.
Follow policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of Infection Prevention and Control.
Measuring effectiveness of residents' Care Plan(s) with interdisciplinary team; providing care improvement recommendations when required.
