Health care assistant at Figtree House

We are seeking to employ an experienced carer for our 32 bedded friendly residential care home .The applicant will understand the need to promote privacy, dignity and independence when delivering person centred care. The successful candidate will be able to respectfully communicate and interact with residents and others whilst demonstrating kindness and empathy to the needs of people in our care. We require a caring team player who has experience, QCF Level 2 qualification or is willing to undertake training to this qualification. We offer a good rate of pay , 5 weeks holiday Double time for Bank Holidays.
