Health and Wellbeing Coach at Fourthzone Ltd

Support members to improve their health, wellbeing, and lifestyle through personalised coaching and movement sessions. You’ll deliver 1:1 wellbeing coaching, teach classes, and help members build sustainable habits around stress, sleep, motivation, and routine. You’ll create tailored plans, track progress, and work collaboratively across the team to deliver a joined-up wellbeing experience.

Essential: Level 2 Fitness Instructor qualification
L3 PT desirable. Must be willing to complete L3 Health Certification (RSPH), funded by Fourthzone.

You are people-centred, empathetic, and passionate about whole-person wellbeing, with experience supporting behaviour change and creating a safe, supportive environment.
