Head Spa Therapist at L'Horizon Hotel and Spa

As a Head Spa Therapist, you will help support the success of your team, feeling engaged and ready to consistently deliver exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities.
You will be expected to demonstrate that you can deliver outstanding Spa treatments and confident in delivering positive recommendations for our guests.
You will assist the Health Club and Spa Manager in the administrative side of the operations, responsible for stock takes, managing the team in the effective delivery of department goals, planning and organising work activities, seeking to continuously improve ways of working and engaging the team to do the same.
Previous experience as a Head or Senior Spa Therapist, working in a luxury 4/5 star Hotel Spa environment is required for this role.
It is essential you have current UK beauty therapy level 3 Qualifications.
