We are currently recruiting for a Head Pastry Chef at The Grand Jersey Hotel

The hotel has 123 room and offers the ultimate comfort and glamour through a combination of award winning restaurants including the 4 Rosette Tassili restaurant, an exclusive, atmospheric Champagne Lounge and the luxurious, award winning Spa.

You’ll enjoy being part of a team and love the fact that no day is the same. The Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa is busy all year round, and you will have the chance to delight out guests with your amazing afternoon teas, show stopping sweets and you will also have some exposure to our 4 rosette restaurant

Salary of up to £47,000 per annum
Accommodation provided at just £79 per week (that includes meals and bills)
A share of the service charge – 100% of which is split between the team
Company pension scheme with a generous employer contribution
