Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity with the chance for travel within UAE, overseeing trust administration, corporate directorship, company secretarial services, and governance; serve as primary contacts for high profile clients, working closely with the team to attract new clients, enhance service delivery, and ensure a robust risk management framework and regulatory compliance for onshore and offshore clients; blend strategic business development with operational excellence to build a best-in-class trust and fiduciary platform; undertake annual and investment reviews; develop innovative services to client needs; ensure safe custody and control of legal documents and contracts.
The successful candidate must be a proven leader with exceptional client management, business development, organisation, communication, presentation and leadership skills; hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law/Finance/Business Administration/similar, and preferably a Master’s degree/STEP/ICSA; at least 10 years in trust administration/corporate secretarial/fiduciary services; substantial experience managing complex client portfolios; proven expertise in family office governance, corporate directorship, fiduciary services, and regulatory compliance; strong knowledge of UAE and international regulatory frameworks and multi-jurisdictional needs; high attention to detail; strategic thinker.
