Our Client is looking for a team player to join our leadership team as the Head of Strategic Projects and Change Management working across the group to help achieve the strategic objectives of the business. You will be an organised completer finisher with exceptional clarity in your communication, as well as hold a relevant industry equivalent professional qualifications and will be able to meet the following attributes of the role:
You will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director with developing, communicating and project managing group strategic initiatives that are consistent with the expectations of the Board.
Your role will require significant planning, research, clear communication, stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, resistance management, readiness analysis, and coaching.
Responsibilities also include supporting Executive Directors in the development of longer-range strategic plans through the identification of strategic opportunities that could influence business growth and profitability.
This leadership role will work closely with and lead the marketing function which is a key element in delivering the Group Strategy and ensure that marketing activity is aligned to strategic delivery.
