We're seeking an experienced Head of Risk and Compliance to lead a well established team for a period of 6 - 10 months.
This pivotal risk and compliance role covers regulatory oversight along with responsibility for policy development, training, and key register maintenance. You will provide strategic guidance to the business, the Board and your Colleagues, ensuring adherence to best practices, and staying ahead of regulatory developments. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance and risk and ensuring all obligations are met to the highest standards. With significant industry experience and professional qualifications, you will bring expert knowledge of governance, compliance, and risk management. Strong leadership, stakeholder management and the ability to resolve complex issues with a commercial, solution-driven approach are essential.
