Head of Produce at Cimandis

The Head of Produce is responsible for controlling department expenses by enhancing operations, meet budgeted goals and controlling shrinkage and pilferage. You will passionate about quality local food and interested in continued development and creation of new product lines. You will ensure the smooth running of the fish department and shift activity, ensuring appropriate resources (people, equipment) are available to meet planned activity levels. You will make sure that all sanitation standards when cleaning equipment, counter tops, and working areas in order to prevent contamination and ensure health and safety/food hygiene legislation is adhered too.
