Head of Operations at Apex Group

The Role

Reporting into the Jersey Head, this new role will form part of the local Executive Committee and work closely with the Finance Director and other key members of the senior leadership team and board. You will be required to liaise closely with colleagues from Apex Group Operations and the European Regional Head, to provide monthly reporting, so building relationships with these stakeholders outside of Jersey is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for Apex Jersey business operations.
Part of the Senior Management Team involved in driving the business forward in line with set targets.
Ensure business unit operates effectively within company standards and procedures.
Ensuring controls applied follow group and controls are appropriately documented accordingly.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
