Our client is a leading financial institution in Guernsey with a global footprint. On their behalf we looking for an exceptional individual to work alongside the COO as head of operational support.
The role-holder will be responsible for managing the company’s IT function and facilities management. Also, working alongside senior leaders you will provide co-ordination and leadership is such areas as crisis management, IT security, business continuity and outsourcing. You will also be responsible for the front of house team.
Applicants should have a minimum relevant industry experience, preferably within financial services. A professional qualification such as Prince2, NEBOSH, or a cyber security certification will be expected.
