A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Head of Onboarding to join our clients' Onboarding team, providing leadership, set the strategy and oversee the implementation and effective management of the onboarding processes and the delivery of a first-class customer experience. You will be accountable for the first line execution of the customer onboarding process and be responsible for high level escalated customer queries / challenges in the Onboarding team. You will also manage the performance of Onboarding Managers & Specialists team, 121s, appraisals and underperformance. The successful candidate will have 3-5+ years' experience of either managing or being a number two in a client onboarding team (4+ persons) within a Financial Services business regulated by the JFSC and have experience of leading teams and of utilising onboarding software.
