The Head of Marketing and Communications role is critical to the successful delivery of our client's performance strategy, to assist the Director General with demonstrating a step change in the way the business operates. You will develop and deliver a progressive and comprehensive marketing and communications plan to a broad range of stakeholders across a breadth of channels including webinars, events, our website, plus traditional and social media. You will additionally be responsible for building the brand, including our employer brand proposition, the delivery of high quality reporting documents, and effective internal communications that support the needs of departments across the organisation.
