Head of Investor AML - Jersey at Apex Group

Job Specification:
- Helping create a one team environment across Transfer Agency; being fully accountable for development of staff; motivating and encouraging team members to reach their full potential
- Create and maintain an environment where procedures, policies and processes are adhered to
- Holding regular training sessions with the team members
- Drive a solution focused team and encouraging a positive working environment
- Implement changes to enhance the performance of the team and department
- Responsible for managing multiple clients from pre-launch to liquidation, engaging and building relationships with clients and internal teams

Skills Required
- 8+ years proven experience in an AML Team.
- AML Knowledge of local and global requirements.
-FATCA/CRS – ability to review Self Certification documents.
Knowledge of Transfer Agency operational processes
