Job Specification:

- Helping create a one team environment across Transfer Agency; being fully accountable for development of staff; motivating and encouraging team members to reach their full potential
- Create and maintain an environment where procedures, policies and processes are adhered to
- Holding regular training sessions with the team members
- Drive a solution focussed team and encouraging a positive working environment
- Implement changes to enhance the performance of the team and department
- Participating in and ownership of ad hoc projects.

Skills Required:

- 8+ years proven experience in an AML Team.
- AML Knowledge of local and global requirements.
- FATCA/CRS – ability to review Self Certification documents.
- Knowledge of Transfer Agency operational processes and its integration with AML processes.
