Our client is seeking someone with extensive prior experience within an internal communications role to join their large, multi-jurisdictional organisation on a permanent full-time basis. You will lead and develop comprehensive internal communications and people engagement activities for the senior leadership team to deliver strategic messages and change agenda. This includes providing all partners and employees with regular, meaningful and consistent information about activity across the firm and seeking and structuring feedback to measure effectiveness and ensure the continued development of our engagement agenda. You'll be working with key leaders across the business and exec board, and have strong influencing skills and the ability to build relationships. Individuals will need to have a change mind-set, and the ability to consider the people side of change will also an important factor of the role.
