Head of Innovation Hub

The Innovation Hub team is responsible for the development and implementation of evidence and data-led legislation, policies, procedures, and guidance. This role will have a large impact on the business and achievement of its objectives to harness technology and support the digitalisation of financial services. 
This role would suit candidates who are passionate and knowledgeable about technological innovation in financial services but understand the context of operating within a regulatory framework. Ideally, candidates should have strong stakeholder management skills, a willingness to engage across multiple audiences and an understanding of how legal and policy frameworks are developed.
