Our client, a family run office and property company are looking for a Head of Governance, Risk and Control to join its Governance, Risk and Controls and Company Secretarial team.
You will provide quality support to members of the Governance and Company Secretarial team with an overlap to Risk and Compliance.
You will assist with the administration of a portfolio of companies in various locations, maintaining a relationship with the stakeholders and ensure that business is conducted in accordance with legislation as well as internal policy and procedures.
The ideal candidate will hold or be studying towards an ICA, CGI, STEP or similar and have 3+ years' experience. You will have strong analytical skills with attention to detail and an investigative nature. Excellent time management with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst managing a busy workload. You will demonstrate confidentiality and discretion. Ability to use a wide range of IT skills and be willing to learn and operate new systems and processes as required.
