Job Description
Our client is looking for a Group Head of Fund Compliance to manage a team of fund compliance specialists in several locations across the group and act as key person to the fund administration business/funds in Jersey.
Roles at this level are held by professional specialists with a high-level of expertise, exercising a substantial degree of independent professional responsibility and discretion, working within broad parameters and policy guidance.
Principal Accountabilities:
For International Funds and Fund Services (50%)
- Reporting line for and management of a team of fund specialists, providing leadership and strategic decision making
For Jersey Funds and Fund Services (50%)
- Supporting the Fund boards and the administration team in Jersey from a compliance perspective
- Fulfil the duites of a CO/MLCO to the fund business in Jersey, including board attendance
