Provide leadership and direction to engineering teams and managers responsible for the technical solution, development, deployment and maintenance for customers equipment and services. Ability to execute a 5 year engineering strategy that supports both existing products and services and includes future technologies and personnel. You ll have sound commercial acumen, demonstrable experience of change management, project management, processes, and methodologies recast.
