We are recruiting for a Head of Data to join a growing international financial services group and lead its group-wide data capability.
This is a senior role combining data strategy, architecture, governance, analytics and team leadership, with responsibility for ensuring data platforms, integrations and reporting solutions support both operational needs and future growth. The position also has an important role in shaping the organisation's approach to AI and data-driven decision-making.
Key requirements:
- Significant experience in data architecture, data engineering or analytics leadership
- Proven ownership of enterprise data platforms, including data warehouses, data lakes and integration layers
- Strong hands-on knowledge of data modelling, ETL/integration and BI/reporting tools
- Experience with data governance, data quality and lineage
- Exposure to AI strategy and responsible AI/data governance
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership experience
- Previous experience in financial services, professional services or another regulated environment would be advantageous
The role is open to candidates based in Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man and the UK. Candidates must already have the right to live and work in their chosen jurisdiction.
