Head of Compliance Solutions - Apex Group
Roles and Responsibilities include:

Leadership of the Compliance and AML solutions team within the Jersey office;
Acting as a key person for regulated client entities in Jersey;
Day-to-day management of the members of staff within the team;
Managing the workload of the members of the team in order to ensure that the Compliance Function is effective and that the team is punctual in the deliverables to clients;
Monitoring and assessing impact of regulatory developments occurring both locally and at a EU level, if applicable;

Skills Required:
Minimum 5 years experience in regulatory compliance and AML within financial services, preferably in the Funds industry in Jersey;
Sound understanding and working knowledge of Regulatory and AML/CFT/CPF legislation in Jersey and, if applicable, the EU;
