Itchyfeet Recruitment are working on a brilliant new opportunity for a Head of Compliance to join our client's team to become the in-house subject matter expert within Governance, Risk and Compliance for fund entities and company fund service providers on a permanent full-time basis. Your work will be evenly split between international funds and fund services and jersey funds and fund services, completing duties such as providing leadership and strategic decisions, attending board meetings and liaising with specialist compliance monitoring and periodic review teams. This position requires a professional specialist with a high level of expertise, the ability to exercise a substantial degree of independent professional responsibility and discretion and detailed knowledge and experience of relevant laws and regulations relating to funds and fund administrators in Jersey.
