This is a senior permanent, full-time opportunity to work as Head of Compliance for a business that facilitates the smooth running of financial structures within corporate and funds and private and family areas. As Regulatory Compliance Officer / Key Person, you will identify Regulatory and AML/CFT risks posed to the business' entities and its clients. You will also create a compliance framework in order to enable Directors and Employees to be able to operate in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the regulatory body of Jersey and meet best practice' as regarded by the industry. The successful candidate will hold relevant professional qualifications such as ICA Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance and have senior management experience in risk and compliance and a broad understanding of relevant regulatory requirements for regulated financial services business within the Company's jurisdictions.
