Our client, a leading provider of fiduciary services has a new opening for a Head of Compliance to join the Compliance team.
Your role will have the overall responsibility for the necessary compliance duties, responsibilities, and obligations of the Firm, including direction, strategic development, performance and maintenance.
Key responsibilities will include create and oversee the implementation of effective compliance management strategies and develop an internal framework for maintaining compliance across the business. Maintain compliance policies and procedures that align with overall strategy, vision and values of the business. Establish and implement a training & development program for all employees of the compliance team. Ensure timely preparation of operational reports for the relevant board meetings. Supervise and lead the compliance department. Maintain relationships with the JFSC. Undertake Key Person roles for the business.
You will have proven experience as a Head of Compliance or Compliance Director in a similar environment and hold professional qualifications such as ICA Diploma in Compliance or similar. Ability to understand the business activities and functions, including a diverse range of structures and clients. Exceptional administrative, analytical and organisation skills with accurate and timely completion of work.
