Head of Client Operations

Exciting role opportunity to develop and lead Institutional Services operational strategy to improve controls, technology and scale in administration operating model; develop strong, commercial and compliant culture; work with Group Head of Tech & Change to design and implement optimal solutions for advancement of operating model; deliver exceptional and commercial internal performance to key stakeholders; oversee continued design and implementation of Southampton CoE to deliver tangible scale benefits as part of the CIS 5-year business plan; oversee design and implementation of a business platforms strategy involving global deployment and ongoing maintenance of key business platforms (namely Investran, NAV and others); support Change function to develop effective engagement strategy to deliver transformation programme.
