Typical duties include, but are not limited to, taking responsibility for the design, effectiveness, efficiency and evolution of the company operating model, developing and upholding a strong, commercial and compliant culture through ownership of processes and procedures and overseeing the continued design and implementation of the company Southampton CoE to deliver tangible scale benefits as part of the 5-year business plan. To be considered for this role, you will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
