Head of Client Onboarding Unit

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Head of Client Onboarding to join a leading provider of Legal services.


Key duties will include:

  • Providing strong leadership and management of c. 50 team members
  • Closely managing the well-being and workload of the Client Onboarding Unit, Business Review Unit and Periodic Review Unit
  • Responsible for the delivery of processing of high volumes of matters at a high degree of accuracy
  • Build strong relationships by working closely with the respective Service Line Heads, Risk & Compliance function, OGL Directors and Senior Management
  • Manage the delivery of operational efficiencies in internal client onboarding processes
