We have an exciting new opportunity for a Head of Client Implementation to join an international banking group.
The main purpose of this role is to manage the Account Life Team, responsible for the opening, closing and maintenance of securities and cash accounts and supporting the various projects undertaken across the whole Business Implementation team. You will be responsible for the Approved Intermediary process delivered through the Client Due Diligence Manager. Oversee the Outsourcing of services to Central Hub teams, primarily in Lisbon, to ensure that the services are delivered to desired levels of client service and the oversight fulfils our regulatory obligations.
