Job Description
The successful candidate will lead, actively manage and develop a team of client facing Compliance Services professionals.
The candidate will create, and support the creation of, the development and promotion of a client focused compliance strategy and framework (including developing tools and policy, procedures and processes) that sits within the Group's Client Compliance Services framework documentation templates.
The candidate will also develop, and support the development and execution of, a comprehensive monitoring programme for client structures and report findings to the relevant fora.
The successful candidate will support the business in effective management of risk through the provision of compliance services to client entities.
