An exciting opportunity at a leading insurance provider who serves a diverse range of private and corporate clients.
The purpose of this role is to lead and motivate the claims team, working closely with the claims team leader and claims manager, helping to continue to provide excellent, efficient customer services. The role holder will ensure Key Performance Indicators and supplier requirements are within agreed quality and compliance standards and to ensure excellent service levels through effective people management, practices, and ways of working. Candidates should have a solid understanding of general insurance (specific claims leadership experience would be an advantage), proven leadership/management skills and Dip CII and/or a relevant leadership qualification is desirable e.g. ILM, CMI.
