We are working with a Singapore-based asset manager (AUM, 20+ year track record) currently scaling its capital raising function globally. The firm focuses on structured investments across aviation, energy, and private credit, with plans to build out further investment strategies.
They are looking for a Head of Capital Raising who can drive immediate capital inflows. This is a highly execution-focused role suited to individuals who can activate existing relationships and generate capital within short timeframes, rather than those focused on long-cycle institutional fundraising or investor relations.

Raise capital for an aviation fund (live, listed, ready for distribution) and a private credit fund (energy / oil & gas)

Leverage existing relationships with family offices, UHNWIs, banks, and platforms

Ability to generate capital within days to weeks, not months

Secure distribution partnerships / product listings where relevant

Operate in a fast-moving, less structured environment

Bring a clear, executable strategy (specific investors / channels you would activate)

Not suited to institutional-only fundraisers or IR-focused profiles

Compensation includes strong performance-based upside, aligned to capital raised
This is a high-impact, front-facing business development role offering significant ownership, autonomy, and direct exposure to senior decision-makers.
